Founder of Clover Hill Personal Training and a Certified Personal Trainer with 10+ years of experience. As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, she empowers women to live healthy, balanced lives through fitness and mindful eating.

Kavin

Known as “The Man Trainer,” Kavin brings high energy and inspiration to CHPT. After a personal weight loss journey, he's dedicated to helping others transform—and always ends sessions with his signature J-Lo moves!

Tracy

A passionate yogi and certified yoga teacher, Tracy brings warmth and compassion to every class. With a background in Social Work, she supports clients at all levels in building confidence and connection through yoga.

Heather

Practicing since 1996, Heather is a Certified Yoga Therapist with over 500 hours of training. Her teaching blends Ashtanga, Power, and Iyengar Yoga to help others build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
